Rachel's Rub combines salt and brown sugar with savory garlic and chili plus earthy smoked paprika to help your favorite meats reveal their full flavor. Jack Mac invented this rub for all grilled meats but he will tell you that it is especially good with pork cuts and bacon. Maybe that's why he is 2021's WFC World Bacon Champ!
